Best purchase I have made for myself up to date. Sturdy, smooth mechanism, great looking and feels good to the touch. Best instructions I have yet when assembling it. Once I laid everything out, I saw it was all labeled and corresponded to the step by step details. It took me a bit to put together but it was not stressful in doing it at all. Other products I have put together have always caused me stresse but not this one. I did miss a couple of screws but Qarm responded quickly to my needs. I love this desk and even my little son said that I should give it a 5 star rating. He sat down in front of it, had it go up and down and said, “Now, I know what a busy business women really does. I will recommend to my family and friends.The look of this desk is amazing. It works well in my setting and not overbearing. Slide easily on low pile carpet if you need to move. Now for the disappointing part. I picked this desk because it was available at the time of purchases but I actually wanted another one from a different company. While putting the desk together, getting to the last stage of mounting the top to the legs the pre-drilled holes did not line up with one of the legs. I disassembled and tried it again, still a no! Because I did not have to time to repack and have it shipped back I just used an epoxy to hold and clap so it would adhere to the base. Not only this, I had screws missing for the drawer's handles.The electrical motor works well and the heights are greater from sit to stand. Overall the look is lovely and sturdy. Downside pre-drill holes not matching and missing parts. I hope no one else runs into this similar problem.Very easy to use and it was a good price for the moneyLove the sturdiness, work space area, and single touch control. Very happy with this purchase.It's a bit disappointing. It's a beautiful desk and generally sturdy (except for the broken part), but:Even after I ordered a replacement for the desk, the main board's still arrived a bit crushed at a corner.Plus, drawers and some boards don't fit well.More importantly, the desk I received has NO CHARGING STATIONS at all, but just anther round hole.The desk seems to be all around a pretty good desk but when I raise it all the way up it becomes wobbly and it caused one of my monitors to fall. Wouldn’t buy it again if i knew this.Great for the money. Some of the instructions could have been worded better. Overall, good product and value!This desk was easy for my husband to assemble. I’ve enjoyed everything about this desk so far. I love being able to stand and do my work. The pre-sets are great for changing the height. Love it!
