Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

LOCAL & FAST SHIPPING – We are super-fast! Our doormats are made-to-order and require 1 or 2 business days before shipping. Shipping costs are fixed. Since we are a local store, you can be sure that you will receive the fastest shipping service. At the same time, your products will never be damaged thanks to local shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES – We are unable to accept returns on any doormats. However, if you are unhappy with your doormat, please reach out to me immediately within 24 hours after it has been delivered. Don’t worry, my first goal is not money. For custom designs, in order to accept the return, a problem must have occurred because of us.
