Good trivets to protect counters. Would buy again.They protect my table and although aren’t technically “ pretty,” they work great. Lightweight easy t o clean. Just what they should be.I’ve never actually had silicone potholders, but now that I’ve got some I don’t think I’ll ever get a cloth potholder again. It absorbs the heat better and I feel like it’s safer for your counters as well as your table. And it also looks much better. No more worrying about burning a hole in your pot holder From the heat or staining it since these are silicone. Much more appealing and don’t require washing in the washing machine. All you need is a quick rinse off in the sink.Nice quality silicone mats.These are so great to have around in the kitchen. They work really well as hot pads and to protect our wooden table from hot plates. Because they are silicone they are really easy to clean, and they feel very durable. The colors are a nice touch too to add some variety.We really like these silicone trivets / hot pads. They are well designed and constructed, and use quality material.They are so much better than cloth, wood, or metal. Unlike cloth or wood, there is no issue if something gets spilled on them - they don't get damaged and they are easy to clean. Unlike metal, they are much more effective at insulating / protecting both the counter / table as well as whatever is placed on them.We like the honeycomb design that provides some cushion both to the counter / table, as well as to whatever is set upon them. This is especially appreciated for items like our glass pour-over coffee maker.We use them not only on counters and tables, but in the oven and microwave.They are heat resistant, even if they get wet, unlike cloth hot pads. Easy to clean and very flexible. I have bought other silicon pads and they were either too thin and heat transferred or they were too thick to be used at a hot pad. Fine as a trivet. I am constantly burning myself at the oven and I LOVE these pads!These arrived in a plastic bag with other items I had ordered. The style I chose was 'A:black-4pcs(2round+2square)'.They are a solid black all the way through. The silicone material is thick enough to keep my hands/surface cool while still thin enough to be flexible so I can grab the handles on baking dishes/edges of cookie sheets.Having a total of 4 pieces means I can keep 2 for pot holders & use the other 2 as trivets. I love their versatility.I'll be ordering another set to go in my camping kitchen box.If you are like me and have very sensitive skin when it comes to heat, this is a lifesaver. Very convenient that goes inside the microwave without any issues and you can use it to grab that very hot plate with leftovers. A must for sure!I throw these in the dishwasher to clean. Super convenient.There is no way to clean it.
